Before you subscribe
Checkout shows the selected plan, monthly recurring price, storage and file limits, renewal interval, and applicable tax before you pay. Paid Cloud plans renew each month until canceled. Local capture remains free and does not require a subscription.
Cancel online
You can open Manage billing from the Cloud tab and cancel through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves paid features active through the end of the current paid period. You do not need to call or send a letter to cancel.
Refunds
Charges for a billing period that has started are normally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise. Contact [email protected] promptly for a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized payment, or a paid service that was materially unavailable. We review the actual account and service record rather than applying an automatic denial.
Plan changes and failed payments
Use Manage billing to change an existing subscription so a second subscription is not created. If payment fails, Flashback may pause new uploads during a retry period. We will not silently delete a local clip, and a cloud-storage reduction will not overwrite or remove the original on your PC.
Taxes and receipts
Stripe provides the receipt and may calculate tax based on the billing information and registrations in effect. New Mexico gross receipts tax or another applicable tax may be included or separately shown as required. Contact billing support if a receipt is incorrect.
Payment disputes
Please contact billing support first when practical so we can investigate quickly. This does not remove any right to contact your payment provider or exercise a non-waivable consumer right.
