Use Cloud for clips
Flashback Cloud is for gameplay clips and closely related recordings. Do not use it as a general backup drive, software mirror, traffic relay, or bulk file host.
Illegal and harmful material
Do not upload or share content that is illegal; exploits or sexualizes a minor; promotes or depicts non-consensual sexual activity; makes a credible threat; facilitates trafficking, terrorism, or violent wrongdoing; or encourages immediate self-harm.
Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children when required by law. Do not send suspected illegal imagery by email; send only the Flashback link and relevant context.
Rights and consent
Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or another person's rights. Do not share private conversations, personal data, intimate material, or a person's voice where you lack the required consent.
Security and abuse
Do not distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, cheats designed to compromise systems, or instructions intended to evade security. Do not probe accounts, guess links, scrape the service, automate signups, evade suspensions, manipulate metrics, bypass plan limits, or interfere with another user.
Traffic and embedding
Do not hotlink Flashback media as infrastructure for an unrelated high-traffic site, paid streaming service, ad network, or automated content farm. Reasonable sharing in chats, posts, communities, and personal pages is allowed.
Enforcement
We may restrict a link, preserve evidence, suspend an account, or contact providers or authorities when reasonably necessary. We consider context, severity, repetition, and legal obligations. Where appropriate, you can ask for a review at [email protected].
Report a clip
Send the Flashback share URL, the reason for the report, and a safe way to contact you to [email protected]. Do not download or attach illegal material. Copyright notices should use the Copyright process.
